Open Heart's website currently uses no first-party cookies. There are no login sessions on the website (accounts exist only in the mobile app), no shopping carts, and no preference storage that requires cookies.

Analytics

We may use Vercel Analytics in the future. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies. It collects anonymous page view data without identifying individual visitors.

Advertising Cookies

None. We do not run ads. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, retargeting, or any advertising tracking. Period.

3. Third-Party Connections

Google Fonts

Our website loads fonts (Noto Serif and Plus Jakarta Sans) from Google's CDN. This creates a connection to Google's servers when you visit our site. Google may log your IP address as part of this request. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Email Service

When you join our waitlist, your email is sent to our email service provider for storage. This is the only data we collect on the website.

4. How to Control Cookies

Since we don't set cookies, there's nothing to block. But if you want to manage cookies from other sites:

5. Our Free Tools Are Cookie-Free

The three free tools on our website run entirely in your browser:

  • Love Language Quiz — your answers stay in React state. Nothing sent to a server.
  • Attachment Style Quiz — same. Client-side only.
  • Check-in Question Generator — generates questions locally. No data transmitted.

When you finish a quiz, your results exist only in your browser tab. Close the tab and they're gone. We don't track quiz responses, scores, or results.
